Located right across the street from Busch Gardens Florida, Adventure Island is 30 acres of water-drenched fun in the sun featuring the ultimate combination of high-speed thrills and tropical, tranquil surroundings for guests of all ages. Race down rapids, dig your toes into the sand or relax all day in a private cabanas. New for the 2015 season, hurtle high and experience a feeling of weightlessness in Colossal Curl, Adventure Island's newest family thrill slide.

This 30-acre tropical water park has 10 water slides, play areas, a wave pool, a lazy river and beach volleyball, all with a Key West atmosphere. Hop on a raft and go hurtling through 560 feet of twists and turns on the 70-foot-high Colossal Curl, the park's newest slide. Visitors can drift, slide and ride their way around splashing fun that includes the tunnel raft ride Wahoo Run; a children's water playground; and Riptide, a 55-foot-tall, four-lane racing mat slide. Picnicking is permitted. Food is available. Time: Allow 5 hours minimum.
